[opensuse-factory] kernel 2.6.32-rc5-git3-1 install doesn't update grub

Yes, and also attach perl-BL-standalone.log (or similar log report, don't know exact name). Also please attach detail information about your partition setup, because Warning show that pbl cannot find on disc sdo partition with number 8088 which is really strange.
