[opensuse-factory] yast update alternatives module need feedback
Hi, I write this mail because the yast2-update-alternatives module have been updated and we need more feedback. If you want to try it you can install with "zypper in yast2-update-alternatives" and execute it running "/sbin/yast2 update_alternatives". This wont do changes on your system unless you execute it with sudo. It will be nice if someone can try it and give me some opinion or suggestion about the UI or another thing. Hi Carlos,
The module currently lives in the YaST:Head repository:
zypper addrepo http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/YaST:Head/ openSUSE_Tumbleweed/YaST:Head.repo
A quick look at the URL shows that this should be http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/YaST:/Head/openSUSE_Tumbleweed/YaS..., there was a / missing.
Maybe you could be interested in his blog post[1] about it.
Thanks!

Still not accepted. It is: http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/YaST:/Head/openSUSE_Tumbleweed/ Installing... testing... The only issue I see is that if I double click on an item, on return the highlight goes back to the first item :-) I changed java to version 1.7, then back. Worked (verified with "java -version") Double click on jre 1.7 doesn't act as "accept". -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R. (from 13.1 x86_64 "Bottle" at Telcontar)
