[opensuse-factory] zypp/multiversion.d examples?
The next rpmnew file was for zypp.conf because I retain two more older kernel versions than the default. So I thought it would be neat to use the multiversion.d directory for doing that, but there's no example file and the brief example in zypp.conf commentary doesn't actually talk about how to add these entries. ## If the directory exists, each file in this directory is scanned, expecting ## one valid multiversion list entry per line. Empty lines and lines starting ## with '#' are ignored. ## ------------------------- [/etc/zypp/multiversion.d/example file begin] ----------------------- ## # An alternate way to enable kernel packages being ## # installed in parallel: ## ## provides:multiversion(kernel) ## ------------------------- [/etc/zypp/multiversion.d/example file end] ----------------------- That's already the default anyway, but how does one specify which kernels to keep using this directory? There are comments in zypp.conf that explain this.

Really, in the main threads according trouble here, it was requested to don't change any config file manually?! So on the end of the day, the information shared in the list must be aligned, or you lost additional users of openSUSE. If I remind well, there is a similar named setting in the Sysconfig File.
