[opensuse-factory] smbfs on alpha4

As I noted in https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=206137#c4 this means 10.2 will not network with Win9x or OS/2 until CIFS has backward compatibility enabled to their ancient Lanman dialects.
