[opensuse-factory] Is plymouth supposed to be animated in openSUSE 13.2
Hello all, I just installed plymouth and gfx boot. All I see is a copy of the green wallpaper as part of plymouth for a number of seconds and switches to black. Isn't plymouth supposed to have some animation? -- Cheers! Considering that until Friday, there was no plymouth branding AT ALL that worked (see http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-artwork/2014-10/msg00033.html ) It's a good step forward. And sadly enough, if nobody comes up with a better thing, this is what we'll be having. The current scripts simply fades in from black to the 'final' default wallpaper. Perhaps that's the new branding -- "back to the roots, 80x25(+vesafb enlargement)" :-) -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org

Perhaps. They can start earlier next year with a fresh approach with 13.3. Cheers! Roman -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org

I'm thinking about it. I must read up on how to create it. -- Cheers! Roman -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
