Obviously you can also just add mozilla:Factory from OBS to your Factory repo list.

That was the tip i needed! thnxalot.. ;) Any particular reason this was only addressed to me personaly? If not, i would answer in the list to enter the correct url..: http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/mozilla:/Factory/openSUSE_Factory/ (i did not try mozilla:Factory, but the above contained the missing pkg..:) there are several obs urls that do not contain the required version.. ;) -- Enjoy your time around, Oddball (M9.) This version is very unstable, it crashes at any move, but it restarts very quick.. -- Enjoy your time around, Oddball (M9.) (Now or never...) What is "any move"? This version is what will end up in Factory so it shouldn't crash too often :-( There is at least one well-known crasher so if you can provide any more information http://en.opensuse.org/Bugs:mozilla that would be nice. Sure, np.
When taking a closer look at the pkgs, it turned out that the runtime environment was not automaticly pulled in, so i updated all the deps, which were quite a few, to get a more 'neutral' vieuw. This made FF behaviour more as usual. Complete as it is now, it does not crash anymore at all manipulations, in fact, it does not crash at all anymore, and it is very quick! Some addons are not yet ported, but most work ok. As it looks to me now, there is no reason to 'not' get the 'full' version to factory... -- Enjoy your time around, Oddball (M9.) (Now or never...)
