Sorry not in the project mailinglist,

Have you (meaning every one so plural) read the Phoenix Project by Gene Kim,
My understanding is we are exactly in the same boat and this has been always so ever since I got my self on the suse/opensuse mailinglist ages ago. The sad part is nothing has changed, it has been always the same problems. Has nothing got better, sure there have been improvement but it is always in my mind a firefighting scenario, or a first aid bandage to the finger.
So the moral of this mail is if haven't read the Phoenix Project yet please do read it and believe you in me it is a page turner, if read before go through your notes you have taken. I am sure we all be thinking a different approach next time around.
Have a great weekend,
Togan
