Could be caused by a missing polkit package. Try installing it.

I suppose to have all the required polkit pkgs:

rpm -qa |grep polkit libpolkit0-0.94-1.1 libpolkit-qt0-0.9.2-2.9 polkit-gnome-0.94-1.1 polkit-default-privs-0.1_200812111413-2.6
