[opensuse-factory] New fdupes and %fdupes behavior in Factory

Hi all, the fdupes package got a new switch -p/--permissions, where it won't mark files with different ownership and security bits as duplicates (bnc#784670). I've already took the time, upgrade it to the latest 1.5.0-PR2 and adopted all patches from Debian. There is one difference - we have a patch sorts the output according filename, but upstream sorts according mtime and I did not port our patch. But I don't thing it will cause any troubles.
