I haven't really announced it anywhere yet, but I've got a bugbot (information at http://francis.giannaros.org/bugbot) in #openSUSE-bugs (on Freenode of course) where it reports all new bugs/changes. I was thinking also that the channel will eventually (whenever we have a bug day) become the place for the bug triaging efforts.
