Update SRs to Factory for telegram-desktop have gotten stuck in legal review for about a month now, not really much I can do about that.
Once I *removed* one of a handful of licenses from a package and it got stuck in legal review for two months iirc. You'd think removing a license wouldn't need any review...
Lesson learned: never change a package's license unless you're okay with it being stuck in limbo for months.
Legal reviews are faster nowadays for simple cases. After a quick look: The new version in SR#811396 embeds a bunch a new 3rdparty modules with different licenses (MIT, BSD 2 and 3 Clause, LGPL-2.1-only, Boost). But it also contains files which are not compatible with the 'License: GPL-3.0-only' line in the spec file. src/qt-im and src/qt4-im are GPL-2.0-only. The files in src/qt5-im don't have a license at all. Unless the author relicensed them, one can believe they're also GPL-2.0-only.
