Hi
I have a question that seems to get mixed answers.
On news.opensuse.org it has been stated by people that we can update from the beta to the release candidate to then the final release without having to download and do a fresh install.
yes using zypper dup
However on the Opensuse Forum, the moderators speak against it saying that we should do a clean install because config files from the beta could be left behind.
config files may be different, or maybe not ;) if you have modified the configuration files they shouldn't be replaced. -- "We have art in order not to die of the truth" - Friedrich Nietzsche Cristian Rodríguez R.
