I wanted to test it for some time before spreading a word. And the answer is: NO, definitely not. Factory broke in several ways on the first rebuild I met.
Note that the process works though. Of course we only cover what is tested and everyone should submit tests to avoid regressions. E.g. we only update 13.1 by means of using yast and the zypper dup is running in text console.
