Looks like the test patch repo provides a new libzypp (14.29.4-1.1.6.1), but not the required new libsolv-tools-0.6.6 too.
(13.2 RC1 has libsolv-tools-0.6.5).
Please file a bugreport.
Looks like a incomplete update repo to me.
We have removed this testupdate now, so the dependency should be gone.
