It appears you have ended up with mixed packman and oss av packages. Above, gstreamer-plugins-libav is changed from packman->oss while the rest are changed from oss->packman. Ensure you are using either all packman AV packages or all oss. Mixing can cause problems. This is a bit sticky. Normally packman will install it's repo with a priority of 90 giving it's packages preference over oss. However, from a version and file-naming standpoint, oss packages will appear newer than packman, due to the difference in packman having "pm" as part of the version while oss doesn't.
