You are installing then, the wrong update..you have to update postfix.
Where is it?
/var/log/boot.msg does not show those.
boot.msg has gone away, and is afaik, not coming back.
Great fun! I just noticed that my boot.msg is quite old, December 4. Is that when it disappeared? Where can I now find what's running on the screen during boot?
