could you explain what else humans could do if they need to get
improvements for a software accepted "right now" by those bots
(because the humans like to provide improvements to users "out there")
with reasonable effort for those humans who do all the actual work?
Essentially, you bark up the wrong tree: openSUSE has no policy that a
bug ref would be required for submit requests to openSUSE:* namespaces.
Then essentially Stefan Brüns was barking up the wrong tree
and you suggest he may better bark to SUSE instead?
Don't take issues with dead stuff like policies and robots too
Better focus on what is really helpful in real world for living humans.
So I wonder if "useless looking" changelog entries really hurt?
There is so much "useless looking" stuff out there
that life is easier when one simply ignores it.
