This is not only "to perform their(!) duties such as maintainership". People just might want to know *why* their systems had been broken deliberately for no visible gain.

this has not worked out well in the past. I sent around 20 requests and not a single bug was opened IIRC. I sometimes got very general summaries of the bug content, but nothing remotely useful, so I just gave up. *ALL* bugzilla entries for openSUSE packages need to be public.
