"zypper up" installed some other patches today but not the above.
Does the issue also affect systems freshly installed from the released 15.3 media? If yes, I think we need to create https://en.opensuse.org/ openSUSE:Most_annoying_bugs_15.3 and link to it from https://get.opensuse.org/ leap/ .
