Sure, it's now added.
Note, it seems that when _any_ package is added or updated in the openSUSE:Tumbleweed repository, LibreOffice rebuilds itself.
Have you considered direct dependency building rule instead of transitive? Or do the packages depend directly on the libraries you are adding?
I don't think that libreoffice directly depends on stuff like samba, but updating it causes a rebuild.
