You surely soon start learn using a braille display, don't you? Alternately, you may prepare a kernel patch, that redirects the serial console output to a line printer, before graphic adaptors with 2D interfaces vanish..
And I don't mean I won't use their hardware on a Linux machine. I mean I _won't_ use their hardware.
While I feel with you and try to cope with that demand (*), it just won't work in all aspects on current hardware. Pete
