Thanks. The post didn't come up in google when I was searching and I was not a list member at the time. I was really confused because on release day for 12.1 I had done a clean 12.1 install and then followed the instructions here (http://en.opensuse.org/SDB:Change_from_12.1_to_Tumbleweed). I ran a dup and tons of packages upgraded from the Tumbleweed repo. I ran periodic dups with no problems and then all of a sudden all the mirrors were empty and my system wanted to downgrade a ton of packages. That seemed a little counter-intuitive so I started looking for a problem and posted to the list. After reading the forum post I am going to run a dup to downgrade everything back to the 12.1 Tumbleweed versions and wait like everyone else. Tom On Tue 13 Dec 2011 03:13:11 PM EST, Greg KH wrote:

I have been trying to do a distribution update for Tumbleweed and most of the packages seem to be missing. My system want's to downgrade about 100 packages including the kernel.
