It's dead simple to use with a mouse... you just sweep it up; it's an effortless gesture.
not really (just tried it for fun). You need to click, hold the button and then "sweep it up". Which is a PITA. Stuff like that works on touchscreens but not with traditional pointers. You mean, like, drag and drop? I'm not a huge fan of it either but it's no harder than moving a window...
(which, admittedly, I almost never do with a touchpad, so this seems incompatible with laptops without touchscreen)
