Except we don't do epoch, because unlike some other package managers, zypper "knows how to downgrade stuff". (Ironically, that takes the "dup" command. But anyway.) Downgrades would more likely to be in patch form, because it occurs so seldomly (even less so than it does in Tumbleweed).
