This windows10 machine is running for quite some years (at least 3), it
gets updated regularly and I use it once per year to do my tax. And I
use (a clone of) it to test dual-boot installations.
The used space on the disk is less than 15GB, so there is enough space
left, so 40GB is plenty of space for my application.
I believe you, but windows 11 minimum disk space is 64GB. I think windows 10 had 32GB, so
you even had 8GB to spare :)
