I wonder about the proper location to report this???
Since this isn't actually part of a release yet, please re-test with kernel-vanilla. If it's still reproducible, file a bug report at bugzilla.kernel.org. If it goes away, file an openSUSE report. Thanks. - -Jeff

the last four all belong to my bluetooth dongle
If the bluetooth is active prior to inserting the mouse, the mouse will *not* function. Removing the bluetooth, inserting the mouse and then the bluetooth allows both to function.
