Hi
Since there hasn't been any single response to this email,
Well. Instead of answering, I actually checked out the sources and wanted to take a look at it, but as you know, running FACTORY on an intel chipset gives me lots of other stuff to tinker with, so I did not yet get to it. Add in that I now have hardware that does not actually need any sax2 magic to work reasonably doesn't add to the motivation of course... ;)
#596454 - SaX2 fails to write xorg.conf/aborts when starting test #596470 - 'sax2 -a' never terminates
This one is actually xc.pl segfaulting - but due to a segfault handler continuously looping until SIGKILL. I added my limited findings to the bug, maybe it helps somebody else who wants to investigate. Oh - and just in case, you need to install at least these packages to be able to build sax2: doxygen-1.6.3-2.6 Mon May 17 18:40:43 2010 hwinfo-devel-17.0-2.19 Mon May 17 18:39:43 2010 libexpat-devel-2.0.1-97.5 Mon May 17 18:39:36 2010 xorg-x11-server-sdk-7.5_1.8.0-46.6 Mon May 17 18:37:54 2010 libqt4-devel-4.6.2-4.8 Mon May 17 18:34:38 2010 sqlite3-devel-3.6.23-3.1 Mon May 17 18:34:17 2010 swig-1.3.40-4.3 Mon May 17 18:01:40 2010 have fun :) seife -- Stefan Seyfried "Any ideas, John?"
