sure, but are you objective on that statement? I mean: you know the author of star personally, don't you? (note: this is a rhetorical question: I know that you are the author).
I know some of the nasty bugs in gtar, this is why I try to avoid it. If you know bugs in star, you are of course free to report them and I can guarantee that it will not take the average 15 years as with gtar to thix them. So let me ask: do you know star bugs?
