Isnt this a huge change to be made while we are in beta, and cant it maybe lead to major breakage and lots of bugs? I mean, gnome is usually buggy, but as it may affect other stuff (like gtk programs...)
sounded kinda bad for me, but maybe I dont have all the information, who knows...
Both GNOME and KDE are in their beta phases and we use their betas already and will update them. We did this already in the past,
