I've just upgraded to/from factory-snapshot, and during bootup, the network seems a little confused. I get DHCP running on the wrong interface, which means my iSCSI root isn't found. I tried "ifup ethx" at the emergency shell, and was told that "Network is managed by '' --> skipping".
I've just opened up the initrd to check the initial network config. It looks a little odd - in etc/sysconfig/networks, I have e.g.: ifcfg-enp13s0 ifcfg-enp14s0 At the time the initrd is in use, the interfaces are still called eth0 and eth1, though. -- Per Jessen, Zürich (17.9°C) http://www.dns24.ch/ - free DNS hosting, made in Switzerland. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
