Sorry, but none of these hold any usefulness for me. I use MPlayer for multimedia tasks, and don't use any of the other things you listed. I know that in v4.04, I couldn't drag an icon off the desktop to the taskbar. To me, that's a lack of functionality. While all these others things you listed are fine in and of themselves, something as simple as configuring the taskbar shouldn't have been left out. There are other examples as well. Like I pointed out before, I'm willing to bet the majority of users are still on the v4.04 release that came with 11.0, and have not updated to 4.1 thru the build service.
