Hrm, does actually systemd support _anything_ from pm-utils already? Like from image_size setting to compressed/enrypted images?
Not to mention storage-fixup which I had to use (in one form or another) for every laptop/netbook in the last eight years as mobile harrdisks otherwise attempt to commit suicide by parking their heads and spinning back up every few seconds.
You may want to combine those efforts (of keeping disks going) with https://build.opensuse.org/package/show?package=parkverbot&project=openSUSE%3A12.2 You know, when you put "green" drives into enclosures, opaque hardware RAIDs, USB and SAS bridges and other whacky enclosured, the disk-level magic commands start to stop working - if it ever worked before, that is, since even that is a gamble. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
