we've had a new build published yesterday, can you please check if the
ftp-tree is still behind?
I'm personally doing clean install rather than upgrade so I didn't
really see these issues.

You can get a reasonable install using the DVD
has up-to-date repos on the DVD. But for anything not on the DVD,
have to make do with an older version.
This problem makes it hard to seriously test
