Update on the release status: We have the final ISOs, LiveCDs are currently building, but will end up being LiveDVDs, because of their size ;) Public release is now scheduled for tomorrow (Friday, Oct 3rd), 12:00/noon German time. Hi everyone,
it's a short week in Germany (public holiday tomorrow), and we are still working on creating a first installable build of openSUSE 11.1 Beta2.
Currently, we are looking into a cyclic dependency between some packages. If you want to follow that discussion, please check https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=431340
Yesterday, we were stuck because of build loops in the java stack, which have been workarounded in the meantime.
Anyways, I'm still positive about a release tonight or tomorrow morning.
