How? The query on s.o.o is "find all distributions/repositories where this package is available". You start with known distribution (project), but that is exactly what user tries to find.
For practical purposes, for 15.3 we have to search using zypper or yast in our machines (for the official version, if it exists), and then, in search.opensuse.org for newer versions.
