Yeah, you only discovered the tip of the iceberg. there are several problems of that nature. For the last couple of weeks I've been trying to get SLE rebuilt from sources under devel:ARM:SUSE:SLE-15-SP3/SP2/SP1 etc. There are also fun topics like "there is no kernel to build". your help in troubleshooting is greatly appreciated there. we're coordinating work via #opensuse-arm.
