[opensuse-factory-mozilla] is discovery of OS's FF build options without installing possible?

52ESR from upstream won't play audio unless PA is installed. Is there a way on the web to discover whether PA is also a requirement in OS builds of 52ESR, one that doesn't require first installing to check about:buildconfig or see if it will play HTML5 audio? -- "Wisdom is supreme; therefore get wisdom.
