[opensuse-edu] Suggestion for instructions update
Ref: en.opensuse.org/Education/Live/Install Windows users might benefit if shown how to change the partition (or a link to pertinent instructions). Possibly instructions like these, with appropriate screen shots. Click Edit Partition Setup Make note of the proposed setup. Example: Device Size F Enc Typ FS Type Label Mount Point /dev/sda 20.00 GB VMware,-VMware Virtual S /dev/sda1 1.48 GB F Linux swap Swap swap /dev/sda2 7.69 GB F Linux native Ext4 / /dev/sda3 10.82 GB F Linux native Ext4 /home Highlight the /dev/sda3 line, right click and Delete Highlight the /dev/sda2 line, right click and Resize then Custom and enter 12GB Highlight the /dev/sda line, right click and Add Partition Select Primary and the remaining size. Format as Ext4, Select Mount Point as /home Compare the new proposed setup to original. It should be identical except /dev/sda2 = 12.00 GB and /dev/sda3 = 6.51GB Click Accept and Next -- R. W. New image that will be uploaded soon, probably next week, will have sane / partition suggestion not 7GB something it is in current image, so that should solve this big issue.
