Hello everyone,
I don't know how experience all of you are (I am not experienced, so keep it nice and easy) so I will ask a question that someone will know the answer to I hope.
My Suse network and NT network can and do talk to each other. I would now like to know if it is possible to do drive mapping between the two systems. I have a dir of files on NT that I would like to have mapped so that suse could pick them up and edit them.
Any Ideas.

Yes, it's on the CDs. It very probably installed already. Type smbclient at the prompt: see what happens. If you get a list of possible options to the command, it's installed. type rpm -qa | grep samba to see if samba is installed If so, you need to run yast and follow the options System administration -> Change configuration file and change START_SMB to yes Good luck On Tue, 8 Feb 2000, SCOTT wrote:
