Yes: up and running again. Looks like we fail into https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=42829 Further investigation is needed - but not tonight any more. Hi folks. I end now to package R for you... spec file should be complete (only "#fix me" line on BuildRequires is missing). so feel free to test package and report. @ packagers i hate how R work with directories, it put on R and Rscript in %_bindir, everything else is in %_libdir/R that is the same of / without respecting standard... , infact there is %{_libdir}/R/bin/ %{_libdir}/R/doc/ %{_libdir}/R/etc/ %{_libdir}/R/library/ %{_libdir}/R/lib/ %{_libdir}/R/include/ %{_libdir}/R/modules/ %{_libdir}/R/share/ right now i'm not able to fix it, so if is it possible.. feel free to do it. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-edu+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-edu+help@opensuse.org
If you want R in your repository, you can take it from my OBS
repository home:m4r3k:R-project, there are a lot of R related
packages... And if you want, feel free to poke me about maintainer
right, help will be very appreciated... :-) During hackweek I will be
probably working on find requires and find provides macro for R
modules... (I am not really sure yet, I am thinking between this and
better upstream integration for OBS) :-)

Thanks for your offer! First: I think you should think about an "official" Repository for the R-Project packages. I like to support you in fixing the specfiles - but I'm not firm in R at all. We discussed the possibility to integrate the R-Packages in the openSUSE-Edu Repostitory in the last Meeting - perhaps you can join our next meeting on Sep 02 to discuss the next steps? Investigated a bit more and fixed a wrong apache2 include file which was re-installed during the upgrade. Luckily, this file comes from one of my own packages in server:monitoring (pnp4nagios) - so I was able to fix it directly in the source package for other people using it.... So everything on www.opensuse-education.org is up and running again. @The_Code: I've added your account as submitter to SVN already - so feel free to submit your Hackweek results. @anubisg1: I've added some of the dependencies you reported in Bug 79 to the testbuild here: http://www.opensuse-education.org/download/test/11.0/ but I haven't tested it yet, so feel free to enhance the bug if you find new missing dependencies. @ll: Please ping me again if something still doesn't work for you.
