Hi Matthew, Have a look at http://www.phpgroupware.org. It's a PHP based web service that does much of what you want plus some that you probably won't want. The current version 0.9.12 is pretty old, but I think that they have just announced a feature freeze on 0.9.14 so that should be out in the not too distant future.
