Have you excluded My Documents from the profile? (Look for "Exclude directories in roaming profile".) If not, your documents will be downloaded with the profile, you can then delete a file on H:\Mywork (in your case) but when you log off, everything will be copied back from the roaming profile on the local machine, restoring whatever you have deleted on the networked drive in the meantime, All the best, Nial.
