Configuring SendMail to route all mail to one SMTP server?

We're using a Cobalt Qube as an intranet server. I've installed a CGI script to use SendMail to send email to our administrator. The perl script seems to work perfectly, but I need all mail to be forwarded to our single SMTP server. Is there any easy way to configure SendMail to only route all mail to one SMTP server?
