But I'm unsure what in case if new package will require a new version of library distributed with openSUSE. What do you think about this case?
If the library follows the naming policy and has a different soname, so it can be installed besides the one in the core distribution, I see no problem.
Other cases I would block by default - and decide on a case by case basis an exception,
