All these are OpenStack issues.

For anyone who is interested in downloading the builds I created on June 5, 2013 without installing maven and building (it took approx 30 minutes for me), they can be git cloned from a repo I created

git clone https://github.com/putztzu/OpenStack_PDF_Manuals.git

The README.md for this repo also contains a script and procedure I recommend for building all the documentation with minimal steps which IMO is an improvement on the original source README which is OK if you want to build only one document at a time..
