[opensuse-buildservice] rpmlint and "Packager"
Hello, whether I add "Packager" in a spec file or not, rpmlint complains in both cases. One time because of hardcoding. The other time because it is missing. Could this please be fixed? What I would like to see is that the buildservice-email-address also used in the GPG key of the repository is automatically copied into the spec (like e.g. changelog or revision). Is this possible (thought that would not fix the hardcoding error message) or can the name+email be added in the build command directly? Now, where rpmlint is activated for openSUSE 11.0 and Factory, could this issue please be fixed. Shouldn't be so complicated. Which does not mean it will get fixed. Till my now my success for bug fixes on this mailinglist was much higher than on the bugtracker. There is no good reason for that. There are some reasons against it, like bugreports that are only sent to the mailing lists tend to be forgotten if they're not fixed immediately. Hah. I'm long enough in this business. I resent the bug reports :-)

Any progress on that problem? Anyone working on it. Is this really so complicated? Hi, now we have same complains on "executable-crontab-file" If I remove executable bits rpmlint complains about "non-executable-crontab-file" Very funny :) Ciao Dirk Stöcker schrieb:
