Sorry, it wasn't build21, just a little before I wrote "osc rbl" a rebuild was triggered. Probably automatically due to some dependency changing. The problem are the old jobs already scheduled with the old library name. If the scheduler doesn't look at your project in time, the job is dispatched to a worker and then the worker finds out the job is invalid as the packages no longer exist.

Unfortunately such build jobs then are failed.

Don't worry, bug 764524 is about a problem with the interconnect. Completely different cause, same error message.
