take a look into some real world examples for "hybrid packages". like: openSUSE:Tools:Devel/{build-svn,osc-svn,qemu-svn} Debian needs a .dsc file to build a .deb package. Also, in order to be compliant to all .deb based distros, source files need to be .tar.gz *AND NOT* .tar.bz2 in order to be accepted. There is other nice things you will find out when packaging hybrid packages - lots of. All of the build service web UI, and it lasted for >30min about afternoon in Europe so I figured I hit a busy time. It's also possible the bottleneck was between me and Europe.

It miss debian build descriptions, the .dsc file and friends.

At first read somewhat disappointing - I refuse to dumb things down to suit the least common denominator for distros failing to keep up with the times, so I hope there is a way round.
