there is something odd with openSUSE_12.3 since today morning.
In the log a lot lines like this error: Macro %else has empty body error: Macro %endif has empty body
And finally build stops with error: line 24: Unknown tag: armv5el ppc ppc64
where line 24 is %ifarch ppc ppc64

I think the prjconf of openSUSE:12.3 was temporarily broken. Try retrigger.

I think the prjconf of openSUSE:12.3 was temporarily broken. Try retrigger.
This is an ugly one (I've seen it before)... if I remember correctly it went like: if the prjconf was botched at one time, and the scheduler went into a state of denial, only a prjconf change would fix it. (A prjconf change event also happens when removing and then reinserting <repository> elements in osc meta prj).
