Try it now. transfig was the old (before Nov. 2017) package. fig2dev
is the new (after Nov. 2017) package.

I don't see fig2dev in the unresolvables there.
The "nothing provides rhash needed by cmake" makes me a bit nervous though.
But this seems to be a problem in Archlinux?
